Nice to meet you here! My name is Mathieu Barbe, the founder and creator of the Bespoke Service Excellence Training programme.

ABOUT MY TRAINING CONCEPT

I created the programme after regularly encountering situations in which a 5* yacht, hotel, resort or private household did not always have the 5* crew or staff to match its service standards. Based on more than 20 years of experience in the high-end hospitality business and my certified and culinary knowledge, I designed a training programme covering all the practical and technical aspects of excellent service.

Our approach is really quite straightforward. After evaluating the team and the environment, I develop a bespoke training course. This course can involve every department: service, housekeeping, chefs, ...

The technical backup for the training translates into an automated ordering system which allows the kitchen, galley, bar and service team to pin down all orders with no room for error. Once the crew is fully trained, we guarantee a smooth communication line and streamlined service on every level.

A "Service Excellence Training" certificate is presented to every participant in the course.

The training has run successfully in multiple locations worldwide over the past 6 years.
